Overall, my experience with most of the neighbors I’ve met has been positive—they’ve generally been kind and respectful (accept when it comes to their vistors parking). The maintenance team typically responds within a reasonable timeframe, and while my rent had increased from lease to lease, the adjustments have been within a fair range. However, there are several issues I believe are important to highlight for potential residents or management consideration: Noise and Insulation The walls are quite thin. I could hear conversations from adjacent units, as well as noises such as cabinet doors closing. To avoid disturbing my neighbors, I kept my TV volume extremely low—so low that my guests couldn’t hear it—and relied on subtitles. Additionally, the floors creak noticeably, and neighbors h

I lived here for 1 year in apartment 2B. Personally, I think they are overpriced for the size. They don’t have any new amenities, no washer dryer in unit, the machines they have malfunction all the time. The location is terrible as well, right off of a major road so traffic and noise pollution is horrible. Parking? You have 2 spots for parking, but they are one behind the other- meaning, you’ll have to pull one car out to get to the other. They don’t even have a stable Superintendant, they keep changing (for months they didn’t have one at all) so you are on your own if something malfunctions in your home. They claimed that I could just go check it out without an appointment. After driving for a half hour, no one was there to answer the door. I called, and was told that I had to set up an appointment between 4 and 6. At this point, it was barely noon. Never do business with a company that would BS and waste the time of a potential buyer.

It wasn't bad the office management was alil rude but maybe had a bad day the grounds where clean and the grass was cut I the parking lot didn't have any broken glass or anything it was clean

Quiet apartment complex. Don't have any complaints. Nice place to live.
