Belmont Condos

While visiting a friend who lives at Belmont last night, my car was towed! I was parked in a designated VISITOR spot for several hours and when I walked out to the parking lot to leave, my car was gone. I was told the “policy” is visitors can only park there for 30 minutes and I had to pay over $300 (!!!) to get my car back! This parking policy is nothing short of unheard of and totally ridiculous for visitors. You may love living here but don’t invite your friends over!

I would not live here. The cleaning check happens every other month and they are extensive. They will charge you through the roof if you don’t do them. There are a lot of spikes on my floor from an over worn carpet and I have cut my foot on it a few times and they won’t replace it. The office hours are not true. Countless times I have tried to contact them in person and over the phone and they are not there most of the time during the hours they have posted. There is a gym but it’s out dated and old. 1/2 of the machines don’t work. I have almost injured my self with a weight machine and a treadmill because I didn’t know that it was broken. I went over to them and told them about it and they did nothing. Not even a sign to let others know it’s broken. Ya there is a pool but you have to pay

The apartments are pretty good, no complaints about that. Thats why I put it as 3 stars. Landscaping and amenities could be ALOT better if they actually used the HOA funds wisely. Since moving to Utah I have lived in 3 different apartment complexes, all of which had their quirks but nothing like this one. I have made repeated attempts and friends of mine have made attempts as well to express my concerns about problems seen around the complex and nothing is done about it. For example, there is a growing problem of cars being broken into as well as having gas siphoned out of peoples tanks, the grass is being overwatered to the point there are puddles all over the place even after almost 24 hours of not being watered and it being hit by the hot sun all day, and yet they STILL continue to over

The place is nice and spacious. That is probably the best thing about this place. The rent on the websites is somewhat accurate but it always ends up being more than what is advertised. If you are switching units within the complex, you are going to be homeless for 2 weeks while they clean.

Tow trucks are itching to tow people here. Legit I think they park outside the complex. I was a new resident and parked in a parking spot thinking it was my own. After a few hours, with no warning at all, my car was towed and I ended up having to pay 300$ to get my car back.
