Don’t move here! Roaches, spiders, water bugs, constant threats of having your vehicle towed, rent increases, and dog feces everywhere. Cant wait for next June so I can get out of this hole. I pay my rent on time everytime. I don’t bother anyone and try to be a good neighbor. The management company acts if they are doing me a favor by letting me live here. Many people live in an apartment out of necessity. This apartment complex will not allow you to live in peace. You would be better off in a single wide somewhere else.

Maintenance here is poor. Shortly after moving in, the dryer stopped properly drying clothes. It took multiple runs to dry even the smallest of loads. We put in the maintenance request, within the week they inspected the dryer and the exhaust house to the external vent and "found no issue with the dryer and the hose was clear". They said they would look at the exhaust lines from the dryer vent to outside, which is on the roof. We had to contact them a week later to find out a status, which we were informed they had to contact an external company to get personnel on the roof. Then, after two weeks of waiting for an update and almost a month of having an improperly functioning dryer, we contacted them again for a status. The leasing office was very helpful in my move. The process was easy and quick and any questions I had was answered in a reasonable amount of time.

I just renewed my lease for another year because of a couple of things. . . apartment is 8 minutes from my place of work, this complex allows dogs, for the most part its quiet and the neighbors are cool. .. this is what disappoints me there were two staff members at the leasing office who I adored but are no longer working there :-(, the entire Easter weekend I had no hot water (I had to boil hot water so my son and I could bathe), I called maintenance several times and did not receive a response. I talked to someone in the rental office about this and was informed not having hot water is not an emergency and I will have to wait for corporate to send someone to my apartment. This has been an amazing experience! The complex is beautiful! The pool and work out room are favorites of ours! We renewed our lease for another year. The apartments are big, the staff is so nice, maintenance is right on any issues no matter how small. The schools are the BEST in the area by far. I really can't imagine moving. We are in love!
