Moving can be overwhelming, but Cierra made our entire move-in experience feel easy and stress-free. From day one, she was so warm, patient, and genuinely helpful. She answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!) with kindness and clarity, and never made us feel like we were bothering her. What really stood out was how much she seemed to truly care. She didn’t just go through the motions — she made sure we felt comfortable, informed, and excited about our new home. Every interaction with her was positive, and her friendly personality made a big difference during what could have been a hectic time. We’re so grateful for her support and couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. Thank you, Cierra, for going above and beyond and making us feel so welcomed!

I’ve really enjoy living at Bellevue Mill! Been here for 3 years. The community is beautiful and well-kept, and the apartments have a unique charm that makes it feel like home. The staff is super friendly, responsive, and always willing to help — you can tell they care about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. I also love how peaceful it is while still being close to everything I need. Definitely one of the best places I’ve lived — highly recommend Bellevue Mill to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Bellevue Mill! The apartments are beautiful inside — modern finishes but still keep the historic charm of the old mill. The location is perfect, just minutes from downtown Hillsborough and close to a few of my favorite restaurants. Micheal who is Maintenance and office staff Kendra have always been friendly and helpful when I’ve needed them. Highly recommend!

By far the best experience I've had as a renter. Kendra is the best and Chris responds quickly to all maintenance requests. Easy access to parks, restaurants and bars. The best spot in Hillsborough!
