Belle Haven

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! Belle Haven Apartments are absolute crap. I lived here for about 3 months with my ex and my daughter. The apartment was infested with bed bugs and the place was absolutely disgusting. Mold was growing on the brick walls INSIDE the house and was pretty much impossible to get rid of. The cabinets didn't close in the kitchen and a lot of the floorboards weren't even nailed down (you can feel and see them pop up under the carpet). There was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling that was clearly painted over to hide it. What's even worse is the "manager", Pat, does absolutely NOTHING to fix ANY of these issues. The landlord is such a cheat she is very rude for no reason and cheated my family out of 765 for rent which we already paid for but she’s to idiotic to give us a receipt. The maintenance man there keeps tabs on everyone and it’s unsettling. She doesn’t follow the right procedures to keep the apartments clean. She’s a very bitter women.
