Dogs r always pooping everywhere and there owners never clean it up they have bags for ur dog poop too but people really have no respect and just let there dogs poop anywhere and don’t clean it up

This place is haunted with Ghosts. 👻👻👻👻. My apartment has a few of them. Some of my neighbors have them, too. We have them on camera. This place is still infested with roaches, and now there's rats. Caught about 21 of them in my apartment within one week. My electric fans have killed a few more, and so have my dog. They haven't done anything about getting rid of them both. No matter how much bug spray you buy to get rid of the Roaches, they are still here. And the kids are ALWAYS running around screaming and yelling WITHOUT Adult Supervision. The Kids are always playing at your front door and trying to look inside your apartment. They also check the doors to see if they are unlocked so they can break in and steel what they can. This is a newly renovated and beautiful property with schools, grocery, laundromats and freeways all close by. These pictures are very outdated as everything has been renovated as far as inside the units and the outside grounds throughout the property. We have professional and friendly on site staff and maintenance who are available daily with an on site office. I would recommend this property to anyone. Family and pet friendly!

Gates are always broken the manager does not answer the phone if you need her, and the mailboxes get Broken into. Also, If your unit needs a minor repair, be prepared to wait months to have it repaired. You are better off repairing it yourself if you know how to then deduct the money you spent from the rent. I would not recommend anyone to move into these apartments. Also, they lie about “fumigating” for bugs. They do not give any of the units the maintenance they require.

The lady that works the front desk, she took her time out to see why I had the balance that I had on my Account and she’s the only one that took the time and patience to figure it out and I thank her for figuring out what the problem was very sweet and patient Worker the best one I have seen since we had new owners. Thank you
