Bell Tower Apartments

I would strongly caution anyone considering renting at Bell Tower Apartments in Temple. After moving out, I was charged a total of $500 in damages that I strongly dispute. Many of the photos provided as “damage” were simply minor wall marks that could easily be wiped or would normally fall under regular wear and tear. During my tenancy, I also experienced maintenance issues including an AC unit leak that caused moisture and mold, which even damaged some of my personal belongings. I also dealt with a rat problem, and maintenance only placed sticky traps that did not resolve the issue. Despite these problems, I tried to be a cooperative tenant and did not escalate the situation. I have been living here for a year now and I absolutely love my home/community. The management is lovely and always willing to work with you. Parking is reasonable even without covered parking, the walls are thick with little to no noise (even on the first floor), and no site of any pests. Amenities are always operable, clean pool/playground, and there’s a neat walking trail outside. Ask for Natalie and Melissa, tell them I sent you :) Photos show how much is able to fit in a 1 bedroom.

The best apartment complex ive ever lived in! I have lived here for almost a year and its been such a great experience! The maintenance team are all kind and helpful! And the office staff are very sweet and welcoming! Special kudos to Angel and Natalie! They even throw little events, that are fun for the community here! Our dogs love the dog park! And theres plenty of picnic tables to relax at. My apartment is very nice and I love the balcony view! Mostly because we get to see a lot of bunnies from the field! Oh and if you play pokemon GO theres a few pokestops right near by! Thank you again to all the staff here for being kind to me, and making living here such a good experience!

Overall, it was a quiet community and close to a lot of things, and I appreciated that they notified me when I accidentally left important documents behind. However, there were many issues that made my experience frustrating.The place is advertised as gated, but the gate was broken almost my entire stay. It only worked during my first and last month there. They also kept about 70% of my deposit, which felt unreasonable. I was charged $250 for paint even though the paint quality was terrible you could barely rest a bag against the wall without it peeling or leaving marks.On top of that, they waited until my final month to charge me “final out” bills from September to November, even though utilities were paid every month. **Best apartment complex!!** I’ve lived here for 2 years now and have absolutely nothing bad to say. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The management team is incredibly nice and always goes above and beyond to assist residents. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a simple question, they respond promptly and with a smile! I could not be happier living here! I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
