I just want to give a standing applause to Charlene and Yareli. They are truly the best leasing team out there. They’re always so helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind, and you can tell they really care about the residents and the community. My son lives here, and it has been such a privilege to watch him live in a place that’s so well taken care of. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and there are so many great opportunities and amenities. It honestly gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in such a good environment. Thank you, Charlene and Yareli, for everything you do. You make a real difference.

We’ve had a wonderful experience living at Belaira Apartments. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the management team has always been incredibly supportive whenever we’ve needed help. Belaria Apartments is an amazing community! Yareli, the manager, is professional, caring, and always goes above and beyond for residents. Charlene, the administrative assistant, is so kind and helpful, always making sure things run smoothly. The property is very clean, beautifully maintained, and you can tell the management truly cares about keeping it that way. Thanks to Yareli and Charlene, Belaria really feels like home!

The two of them run the entire leasing operation of this large complex, and somehow they do it all with calm, kindness, and an incredible level of professionalism. Applied to this apartment complex during my homelessness was accepted and called into interview with someone for housing. Went through the interview process, submitted all my documents and met income requirements. However I feel I was treated unfairly . Due to a lack of communication from one of the representatives here my opportunity to have a place/house to stay was taken away from me. They Miss handled my paperwork and had poor communication. The representative even said with her own mouth that she took off early the day of my finalization. Leaving me hanging and no response or call back until six days later. I really believe they had already decided to move forward with another applicant, however, failed to notify me. After reaching out to the complex to speak with a supervisor 1 week
