As a new resident of bel.aire I must say both th3 hospitality of my neighbors. The handy guys arw very handy. Around. The community an attend to all our needs. The wash house is new and kept very clean. It's a nice quiet. Community id recommend to others. Looking for a. Budget friendly area to live at

I give them a 5 start basically for the great staff they have. Sergio and Angel are amazing. Great location and the fact you can walk from your car to the apartment is also a plus. I wish they will fix the roofs, those blue tarps do not make a good impression.

My mother is a resident at the Bel Aire and I love the way she is treated there. Sergio and Angel are very nice and very respectful. They are always checking on my mom and I appreciate them very much.

2025 - August 20th I had a family member who just moved out of these apartments, they are nasty , the landlord never wants to fix anything, they even gave my family member a fridge out someone else’s apartment the lady had just passed away. They are horrible people never fixing anything I added pictures. Wish I could give -0 stars.

Wish I can give negative stars even one star is too good for this place. I live here for a year to save money and it was the WORST DECISION EVER. I got into an argument with maintenance man over an ac they try to fix 2x they will give temp fix for lifelong issues. MOLD EVERYWHERE I’ve asked them plenty of times to come in and fix it they never come , bathtub broken they put foam under one area to temp fix it and now the front half Is breaking. The floor is basically falling down I step in random places and feel like I’m falling .ROACH AND TERMITE ISSUES. Sergio can never fix things on time but boy oh boy he def will hound you for the rent. The city needs to shut this down. It should be illegal to have these apts here. The neighborhood isn’t bad but the apts are disgusting they fool you.
