Garden Walk Apartments

Unfortunately, I had to negatively change my review of this place. My parents live here, they have had arguments with the office employee's. Now the reason why I do this, to alert future or present residents. My parents have to leave the place in less than a month because of a mold stain on the bathroom ceiling that we reported to maintenance. It should be noted that there is a contract and everything in between, and they do not even offer another apartment, nothing! And if they want to return, they have to do all the process and paperwork from the beginning.

I like the apartments complex there. But, there is another little community across from them that are very noisy, violence, and sometimes shootings. I live there for six months and nothing crazy happened in the apartment complex, but I would not say this is the safest place to live since you are around a very low-poverty community, and a few gang locations. I am not exaggerating or making any of this info up, I love the apartments there. I'm just giving an honest review is all.

Bad neighborhood, old and dilapidated units (don't let the pictures fool you), and management has it in with the towing company. They purposefully mislabel parking spaces and use that as an excuse to have vehicles towed, whether you're a guest or a tenant. People complain all the time, but management's response is more or less "like I care?" They are horrible and indicative of everything wrong with having to rent in corrupt Miami. The only redeeming quality? Many of the tenants are sweet, nice people. It's just a shame they're stuck dealing with such nasty people all around them.

Explained my mother just received her Section8 Voucher and got discriminated and treated Soo poorly. While the aparts are a beautiful sight, Management needs a severe review on Customer Service Skills to survive in the business. Any decent human will view this as a POOR condition which attracts bad vibes and business. My condolences to the possible-former neighbors. My Mother who is a Saint touch by heaven and her Cooking Skills would have brighten the panoramic. Abusive Property Manager Heyde trying to vacate tenants whom have a lease because they are section 8. Proper notification will be given to HUD and an investigation will begin.
