I had mistakenly signed with another realtor prior to signing Trisha. What a tremendous difference! Trisha found innovative ways to create foot traffic to our property in numbers far surpassing my expectations. She was visibly working my property every day and kept me informed every step of the way and had my home under contract within a week. I could not be happier with Trisha, if you need a realtor in Cutler Cay, do yourself a favor and sign Trisha on your behalf, you'll be happy that you did.

The worst mistake you could ever make in your life is moving here. From the time I came into this community till now my unfriendly neighbors have only harassed me and even broken into my backyard when I’m away. When you try to offer complaints you will be met with silence. Reporting a security guard that threatened me in front of my home or multiple neighbors or just finding a human to talk to behind their emails is impossible. I have lived here over 5 hellish years and never been directly communicated with to address any concerns no matter how hard I tried.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve been living here for sometime and the amount of car thefts and break-ins are unreal. Every car in my home has been broken into. My front neighbor’s vehicle was stolen. And so many other home owners have experienced the same issues. This has been going on for over a year. Security for the community does nothing here. They are either sleeping at the gate or on phone on personal calls. The association is horrible.

Cutler Cay is an "upscale" community surrounded by a not so nice area, Cutler Ridge. It is also one of the neighborhoods in miami that has depreciated the most, the larger estate homes that originally sold for $800,000 to a million are now selling for $400,000 and sometimes even less. The houses there are also suffering from mildew problems and shoddy construction. It was built on a mangrove swamp and apparently the soil wasn't properly prepared. Many homes had the drywall replaced because they had Chinese drywall. The community is also very deserted, not many trees have been planted. In my opinion there are better areas. I'd rather buy an older and smaller home in Palmetto Bay, Kendall, or the Falls area. the surrounding schools are as bad
