Cabana Club Apartments

From the moment I first contacted Cabana Club Apartments, I was treated with patience and respect. Everyone in this community is so kind and welcoming. Management is extremely responsive and maintenance is quick to process requests. The building is well maintained, but I’d like to leave special recognition for Lina and Wilson. Wilson assisted my mom and I with the entire application process and Lina has been absolutely incredible as well - every step of the way she has been responsive and always addresses our concerns and questions. She truly makes me feel comfortable with knowing my mom is taken care of at Cabana Club. I would highly recommend this community 😊

For a Senior Community of 62+ and for most of us with no computer and technology knowledge, the staff at the office are more than helpful. They take the time to explain the process of applications, renewals, (L.N.&W.) accounts setup with Rentcafe and PetScreening, (Mr W.). Many will agree with me and many won't, but every experience it's different and mine was A+ Thank you to the whole staff at Cabana Club Apartments in Cutler Bay, FL

If I can leave 0 stars I would, management/rental personnel are very deceiving for their quota convienice, both sales ladies were not professional.

Encountering Lina, the Leasing Agent at the main office, was a honor. The whole Management Team walks an extra mile to fulfill the tenants' needs. I took the time to visit Cabana Club at different days and times, just to confirm that's a quiet, safe, pet friendly environment. Remodeling process is in progress, with all units remodeled and almost all impact windows being installed. Rents are the lowest in the market, whereas the benefits are unbeatable.
