Let me get this out of the way. Unless you're really, really desperate DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS. Management is the worst, the only way to reach the office is by calling them 100 times a day until they finally pick up, or by driving there 30 minutes. But, that's far from the worst part. These units are absolutely filthy, the carpet outside the apartments hasn't been cleaned or replaced in decades, so everytime you walk in there's this musty smell combined with dirt and even trash. But the worst, are the neighbors, as noisy as they can get. In the 6 months I've been living here i haven't had a single good night's sleep. If you live on the first floor, the tenants above will drive you insane with all the noise, if you live on the third floor the tenants below you will drive you

Very noisy tenants living above me, parties start at 8:30 on a Sunday night They party all night long. Sounds like domestic abuse during the night. There is no carpeting. Which is required by law. Property managers don't do anything to resolve. Smoke detectors beep for days. Replaced the hall smoke detector myself with a ladder. . Have notified the property management 6 times. No response.
