7/7/2025- After the maintenance employee asked me what the hell i wanted and I responded with excuse me, he proceeded to tell me, “You heard me.” That leads me to believe it wasn’t an accident, he meant to answer, and he meant to say what he did. Though the review response would like you to believe differently. It was not an accident. I’m now waiting for a response about my tenant web access since I was informed about an incorrect email in a review response rather than a direct call. All communication with the office has been one sided, from me, other than this maintenance request. Maintenance is rude and doesn’t understand the nature of his job. Made a service request for ants getting into my kitchen. When I asked who I was speaking to on the matter and it went without an answer. I calle

I lived in Beeler Properties for 3 years, and I have had no issues. Neighbors are respectful, quiet clean area! Bill is a low maintenance landlord. He is very fair priced, and doesn't bother you or anything. He is understanding, and a joy to have as a landlord. I recommend Bill to anyone!

Great location and grounds are well-maintained. Mr. Beeler is always very respectful and helpful. My mother has lived in one of his properties for a year now, and whenever we had a maintenance concern, it was always addressed within a day.

beeler is one of the most racist and heartless property owners we've met..he sues people the month their rent is due and we basically felt robbed. we paid over $2000 in 2 months because he told us there were past due months of rent and we knew nothing about this because the month prior he told us we were all up to date with our rent . we get paid bi weekly so we weren't able to pay our rent on the 1st because our checks come on the 14th...he put a 3 day notice on our door on the 13th. we go to give him our money and he tells us he won't take it and that theres nothing he could do about it because its late. now he is suing us for a month we were still in at the time basically got sued for Decembers rent while it was still December we had the money and all. i just feel like if he was jus

A awful landlord. They wont come fix anything that's wrong with the apartment. If you go to them about a issue they will not fix it. They blammed us for a flea issue when we had NO animals. I do NOT recommend them at all.
