Bedford Green Apartments

I lived at Bedford Green four years and was very satisfied with the apartments. I did not have any of the issues that have been reported in reviews here. I found the management and staff very friendly and responsive to any issues I had and would recommend Bedford Green to anyone looking for a temporary or long term place to live.

Carpet was replaced upon move in but debris and large staples remained whereas I had to place my furniture on top and clean it myself! Counter tops and cabinets are very old and needs to be replaced! I’m still waiting for kitchen counter tops and bathroom floor to be replaced! The toilet seal has been broken and the bathroom has a smell no matter how much I scrub the floor! I did get a new vanity! I’ve been here ONE year and 3 months rent has increased by $10 which makes it $780 now! There’s something fishy with the electric, running $120 a month, I work nights 12hr shifts and don’t use that kinda electricity. I've not had many issues so far, and any have been addressed in a timely manner. However, what is going on with the lack of trash pickup? All trash dumpsters are full, even over flowing. There was a company that came atleast twice/week. What happened?

They never answer the phone no matter how many inquires you fill out online or no matter how many times you call and leave a voicemail. 0/10 they only got the 1 start bc I had to leave a star in order to do the review.

They require cats to be declawed, which is incredibly inhumane. As described by Cats International, “the term ‘declawing’ makes people think only the claw is removed, but a more appropriate description would be amputation/mutilation. Declawing fits the dictionary definition of mutilation to a tee. Words such as deform, disfigure, disjoint, and dismember all apply to this surgery. It doesn’t matter how the procedure is preformed, scapula, guillotine or laser. The end result is the same “EXCORIATING PAIN.” This is the barbaric reality of declawing your cat.
