Beazer Homes Sunrise Cove

My husband and I have looked at several new build communities in Texas City but on the outskirts in the new neighbor hoods going up everywhere, but couldn't decide where we wanted to build. We either couldn't find the plan we wanted or the agent was rude and disinterested. So, we decided to inquire about a new build community going up in the city Beazer Homes. We met with Kennedy and were sold immediately! Kennedy is what made our decision for us. She is so sweet, informative, and always available for any questions day or night. She made this "feel right". Homes are ok. Average quality. Efficient. However a terrible location. When the homes are completed the traffic will be insane.

The home is gorgeous and Ben is a great guy! I recommend visiting if you are looking for a quality built home in Texas City.
