Beazer Homes Retreat at Rancho Mirage

Beazer Homes in Maricopa, AZ are well-built, beautiful, and modern. This community is quiet, family-oriented, and very safe. I have lived in six different states and I always end up right back in sunny-AZ! We bought our forever-home here and Alex with Beazer is awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. My family and I were looking for a place to put-down-roots and this certainly fit the bill. I would highly recommend this exceptional community to anyone who wants a reasonably-priced new home and a great community to raise a family, retire, or just enjoy the sun!

Where do I start ? First impression: My family moved to AZ on a job transfer and didn't know where we wanted to be. We visited different cities and communities looking for our next home. We visited Beazer and immediately fell in love. Having been in our house for over 5 months, I can truly say we made the best decision. Living in Maricopa, especially in a new community there is dust and dirt EVERYWHERE!! however, because our house is so sealed up we don't have a problem. We viewed houses in the peak of the summer to ensure we made the right decision. When we moved it was 115 degrees outside(do not recommend moving when it's that hot) Everyone from Beazer was amazing to work with, Alex gave us major updates and sent us photos since we were so far and couldn't drive down often.
