I have lived here just a little over 2 years and I have to say these new owners are getting the job done! Big shoutout to George and Josh the maintenance men, they are excellent! I haven’t had one problem that they haven’t addressed immediately! I am super happy with their hard work and dedication to fixing the problems that arise! Just an FYI Before these new owners took over my rating would not have been 5 stars. Now if I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would!

I moved in July 2020. I moved out the end of Feb 2025. In 6 months under new owner ship my rent went from 600 to 875 to 1269. While my bathroom vanity and under kitchen sink was eat up with black mold, carpet was not attached to the floor and had parts held down by a decent size rock. My kitchen cabinets were falling off the wall, my windows were rotted out and molded, constant water streaming from master bath, the ac rarely works and the heat trips the breakers. I’m sure I’m missing a lot but I was told only repairs are those that threaten life and/or property. 🤷‍♀️

It's a great place and was a blessing when I found these apartment love it 💘 the Surroundings I love. My kids are happier

Good place to live and the boss Daniel is good to people and help out when she can.I love her can't ask for a better person then Daniel she is a good manager
