Bearfoot Landing Apartments

We just moved from Kansas to New Bern! I can’t express enough how amazing Eileen the property manager is. She helped make our cross country move so much easier. The apartments are very similar to the photos and look very nice. 10/10 recommend so far Bearfoot Landing!

Eileen and staff have been attentive and responsive. I have mobility issues with stairs so they put in a rail for me at my back entrance without me asking. She regularly checks in to see all is doing ok and keeps us informed of things here. Very nice dog park for the furries too.

Former resident -please read 2-12-26 they kept my deposit last year and charged me hundreds of dollars of unfair cleaning fees which went to collections. Do not put your family through their terrible treatment! don’t fall for the old good reviews like I did. They fired their good manager. The new management is very sloppy. BFL is worst place I’ve ever lived in. You deserve better than that. They will leave you very disappointed. Read all the other poor reviews to see what I was dealing with. HAS ROACHES IN THEIR BUILDINGS ONE STAR APARTMENTS.

One of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. I only had a 6-month lease and my AC was broken for half of it. As a single father with an infant, this was unacceptable. The property manager has already changed twice, and the current one, Eileen, is extremely unprofessional — she constantly got my name wrong and was finding excuses to enter my apartment almost weekly. Roaches are everywhere, the promised pest control never happens, and I was never told the unit below mine would be remodeled. That meant months of nonstop construction noise from 7am–8pm, seven days a week. No compensation was ever offered. There are plenty of apartments in this price range that are much better. Do yourself a favor and avoid Bearfoot Landings.

I love where we live at. Ms. Eileen is very helpful. Always there we need something. Would recommend.
