Beacon Pointe Townhomes

I don’t even know where to start. This place is trash and don’t care about their tenants. I moved in mid May 2025 - December 2025. They gave me a unit that had roaches previous they got rid of the bugs but not the smell or roach debris I had to clean that up. The bathroom down stairs smelled like straight urine no matter what I used to clean it, it still smelled like urine I replaced toilet seats in all 3 bathrooms and still could not get the smell out. I had to get a new dryer because their outlet is jacked up I replaced a brand new dryer thinking something was wrong turned out it was the apartment. It’s mold in the utility room and nets upstairs and downstairs not sure where they were coming from. I moved last month and still get notifications of rent due and emails as if I still live th

I've lived here for almost four years and the biggest problem is communication. It's difficult to get in touch with someone about problems or inquiries. I believe they need more help or someone who can be in the office more often. I've had holes in my walls due to leaks for nearly a year, and I occasionally get notes about maintenance and repairs that are never done. They also need a better rent payment system. There's no reason why next month's rent should show up under this month's rent. It's also frustrating that the gym, which was closed due to Covid, is still closed. Covid is over now, and it would be nice to use the amenities that are included in the rent. I also have a leak somewhere because my water bill is outrageous every month and adjustments have to be made manually......Overal

what's the office your speaking of? hopefully not beaconpointe. I stayed there for 9yrs and that manger/landlord is not who I want to speak with. she's the reason I left there and multiple others has as well. I have many receipts. she disturb my peace. she's so nasty and rude. you all need to get rid of her asap. she walks in your home with no notice. just a disgusting individual. What I will do is continue to pray for her. but she gotta go.

I attempted to call to schedule a tour and was told there have not been any townhomes available for over 5 years. Also, was told that the ads out there are incorrect and there is nothing they can do at this time.
