Beacon Point Townes

I’ve had a great experience living in this townhouse community. The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. Management is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled relatively quickly. The townhomes are spacious, and it’s clear that the property is well cared for. I also love the awesome food trucks that come through, they’re a fun touch and really help foster a sense of community. I really enjoy being part of this neighborhood and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

I’ve been living here for almost a year, and I absolutely love it! The community is incredibly kind and welcoming. Every month, food trucks come and set up near our pavilion, allowing us to enjoy delicious meals and unwind in a relaxed atmosphere. The area is charming and peaceful, and the office is fantastic, providing excellent services. Whenever we’ve had any maintenance issues, they’ve been promptly and efficiently resolved. This is an exceptional place to live, and I’m so grateful that we found it!

I've been here for almost 2 years and have loved it untill now. The new management company that took over this month does not answer the phone or respond to emails, and only takes office visits by appointment. They have changed their processing platform that charges almost $10 in processing fee, increased the "lanscaping" fee for mediocre landscape, and are making the residents now use a pet screening account that charges an annual $30 fee (this is on top of pet deposit and monthly pet rent). I have maintenance requests that I have just given up on at this point and have heard multiple neighbors say they have issues with the primary shower drywalls and the flooring coming up and can't get a resolve. The other company was great, acted like they cared, hosted tons of events, kept residents

The location is ideal—just minutes from historic St. Augustine—so you can enjoy all the charm, shopping, dining, and history the area has to offer. The amenities here are thoughtfully designed and make daily living comfortable and convenient. From the clean and welcoming common areas to the modern features throughout the property, it’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the community in top shape. Georgette, the property manager, is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her responsiveness and dedication make living here an even better experience.
