I’ve lived here from almost 5 years now, and I love the area it’s a great place and the neighbors are nice too my only gripe is the lack of hot water? Turning on your shower is a roulette of either just straight cold water only and It never gets hot, it takes 20 minutes to get just kinda lukewarm or it’s hot from the get go and you can actually shower, it’s been like this since day one and I’m Still shocked that these issues haven’t been addressed.
The kitchen sink and toilets are backed up and the stove is barely working, only one burner actually works
