Beacon Four Trust

Couldn't recommend this place highly enough! Lived here for eight years and never had a major issue. The garbage disposal and dishwasher broke during that time, and the management handled each issue quickly -- by replacing the broken appliance, not attempting a shoddy fix as some landlords do. The building interior was kept very clean, elevators were in working order (with two available, in case one malfunctioned), and little or no wait for communal washers/dryers. Other tenants were rarely heard through the walls or ceiling, incl. a family with an infant one floor above us. It was also extremely handy to have a supermarket and restaurants across the street, and Harvard just four blocks away. The neighborhood's stock seems to be rising, too -- would certainly stay if we weren't headed to C
