This firm is by far the last Broker you should consider if selling commercial property or any real estate. They are great talkers, name throwers and ego maniacs on the forefront but when it came down to the transaction process with a buyer they favored the buyer. I had to hire my own attorney to navigate through the offer contract and protect my best interests. My expenses for my real estate transaction nearly doubled because of having to hire an attorney and pay their commission. When it came to settlement they fudged a "invoice" cheating the buyers agent out of a portion of a commission. If you are considering selling with them KNOW that they are not going to represent you as a professional commercial broker should. Go with a well known name in the industry...

Commercial Real Estate Brokers ... If you want to sell or buy USE A KNOWN PROFESSIONAL BROKER. This company doe not rate and will not represent your best interests. They will push you to enter into a contract and not have your best interest. BEWARE go with a WELL KNOWN COMPANY there are many professional commercial brokers BCV is not.
