Melissa is absolutely amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable and knew so much about the property — every detail, every floor plan, and all the community features. She made our tour such a great experience, keeping it light and fun while still being professional and thorough. You can tell she really cares about helping people find the right home and takes pride in what she does. I’d definitely recommend asking for Melissa if you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond!

She made the entire experience so much smoother for my son and me. With our time constraint from our previous apartment, Melissa went above and beyond to ensure that we received a response within our required timeframe. One of the best experiences! The staff was warm and inviting and the experience was great. Very professional. The apartments were clean and in great condition. I been here a year staff always been friendly and they do a lot for the community with the kids around holidays! I just renewed my lease and I’m not from Baytown but I’m glad to call this place my home. My kids love the place and we feel safe and peace here. Love the rules and regulations keep us tenants safe!

Melissa was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. You can tell that she is very knowledgeable and loves her job. The community seems like a great place to live. I’ll definitely lease here when my current lease is up.
