Bayshore Park Apts

The apartments are nice but the manager just makes it a terrible place to live, she threatenes to evict you if your a day late on rent. She doesn't respect the lease agreement, she obligates you to write a 60 day notice in order to move out even if your lease expires, then threatens to ruin your credit if you don't extended to a month to month plan to fulfill the 60 day notice, which is 300 dollars more plus your deposit. She will try to squeeze the most out of you which is not very Christian like

Went about a week or so ago with my mom because she is looking for an apartment. The manager and staff was extremely helpful and polite! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Too bad they were fully occupied, we needed an apartment asap.

The owner lady has a control issue towing these people's cars knowing they are on a fixed incomes. Took all the furniture out won't put papers in the restrooms. Residents can't touch thermostat they have to call maintenance. Lady got a controlling issue these people are older and don't make no money. That is there house and she shouldn't be telling them what they can and can't do In there home

My elderly Mom lives in these apartments. She lives in one of the townhouse style apts. That is nice. The reason I took 3 stars away is because it is horrible to try to get them to come take care of anything. Example…2 weeks ago my sister went into the office and spoke to the manager, Monique, and asked if they could replace her air filter and check a breaker because her refridgerator that is in the garage keeps turning off. Still have not been out. This happens all…the…time!

I have been here since 1995. I have a great manager, maintenance man and good neighbors.
