Problems,they never answer the phone.They want you to use an automated texting system,which they Take ages to answer once I got a hold of them. They were so rude to me, even gave me an attitude and told me that I was reacting wrongly and absurd, over terribleexperience living here, mostly afterwords when I left, getting Overly charged for a Rusty stove That was already there when I moved in with already 2 non-functional burners that exploded and scared everybody in my family, when there was a power outage for some reason, And got replaced with a new rusty old, not even properly clean stove and I'm getting charged $900 As if it was a new stove that I asked to be replaced, I did not ask for it to replace the stove was not nearly ever used all while living there because nobody cooks at home.

Then they don't tell you everything at once like there is a $500 holding fee before you even know if you're going to get the apartment and you have to give it at the time of the online application which is another $52 otherwise you can't even submit the application at all. My time at Bay Terrace was a total letdown. The place lacked a team to handle issues, making everything frustrating. While the UDR app promised improvement, the reality on the property was still disappointing. The property itself was a letdown. Shady and drunk people hung around, especially near the laundry area. Loud music is a constant problem, disturbing everyone. People with a careless attitude took up parking spots randomly for food selling stalls or car repairing workshop, causing a mess. To put it simply, living at Bay Terrace is a nightmare. The app might help with some things, but it doesn't fix the big problems. I strongly recommend not renting here. I had a tour of the facility last week and the apartment itself is super small. I looked at a 2 bedroom one bath. The complex (exterior) was ok looking and pretty diverse crowd of people. The on-site manager was super sweet- had me wait awhile to see the unit although I had a appointment. Ok the model apartment had a big roach on the ground!!! HUGE!! In the kitchen out of all places. That literally was a turn off for me and I honestly didn’t even bother looking anymore. I was so disappointed because I was really looking into leasing there.

Taking advantage of young female customers, bulling people out of their deposits and not providing any communication with future residents! This place is a disgrace to the luxury living community! If you are looking for a great property look else were they just don't care about you and WILL NOT work to resolve any issues. Shameful! Would give a negative star rating of possible! Stay away from this place!
