The maintenance guy Brian is the best very nice and helpful very understanding and knowledgeable fixed my heat issues fast what a wonderful experience.

If I could give this place a negative rating, it would be the most appropriate. My experience was so long and horrible that I can’t include it all here but PLEASE HEAR ME…DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take your hard earn dollars and go live at this place. There are MUCH BETTER places in the area with way more amenities (this place has NONE) for the exorbitant cost. It’s 2025 and the apartments don’t have garbage disposal. ZERO AMENITIES! All they do is mask all the old, out-dated space with white paint. The place is absolute TRASH!! Then…they have a woman that manages the property and she is one of the worst human beings I have ever encountered. And don’t you have an issue with her because you’re stuck. There is NO ONE else you can get in touch with. She pretends to be nice but she is a comple

THIS COMPLEX IS 5 STARS ALL THE WAY WITH NO NEGATIVE ASPECTS! * This is a traditional style complex without extra expensive amenities that we don't need. It is nice and quiet and the staff who run it are very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms are the perfect size with lots of closets. The whole apartment has numerous large closets. Very helpful to keep the place organized without clutter. I highly recommend Bayshore Garden Apartments!

Update: Pros Unlike other places, if you keep the apartment clean, they give you back your deposit, and this is a huge plus. Most maintenance requests were responded to in a timely manner and there was some kind of improvement in the tone of emails sent by property manage. Cons Only one person of contact, so if your complaint is against that person, it won’t be that helpful to call the office. Original review: It's sad a nice place with good location and beautiful garden is turned into a horrible place by poor management. Well maintained property throughout the seasons. It truly is a garden like setting. As a single mom of a 4 year old I loved feeling safe at all times and the fact that everything is literally next door or across the street was a blessing in itself. From shopping, pharmacy, pediatrician etc. Very accommodating living & storage place!
