Our experience has been a positive one. Ours was a spec home so we didn't pick out the finishes etc., but we're pretty happy with what was chosen. The transaction went really well and we were pleased with their communication and all the information they provided on the home. We haven't found anything wrong cosmetically or mechanical to date. So we are pleased with our new home and neighborhood!
