Battle Green Apartments

Horrible. The buildings may look decent on the outside, but inside they’re falling apart—mold, broken toilets, bugs everywhere, and paper-thin walls and floors where every sound from the neighbors carries straight through. By far the most expensive and worst place I’ve ever lived.

Unfortunately, this place has the worst property manager I have ever seen! First, they totally ignore your requests and then they lose your rent check? As if that’s not bad enough, the water has a real nasty smell that just can’t be Corrected. I told the maintenance guy it smells like a dirty dog and he said it smells like the ocean… Either way, it’s gross! Speaking of gross, they will often leave the trash cans right out in front of peoples windows all week instead of bringing them back in. This week, however, they did not put the trash cans out in time so now the nasty smelling full trashcan is out in front of peoples windows. Now THAT is gross.

Absolutely horrible. There’s ants, and other bugs everywhere, the walls are paper thin. I can hear commotion going on from other apartments! Even other buildings too! There’s also dog poop everywhere outside. It may look nice when you’re driving past it. But once you get inside it’s horrible! Only good thing is that it’s next to stop and shop and other stores.
