I want to take this opportunity to recognize the fantastic service that the Dartmouth Group provides to my condominium community. In particular, I’d like to celebrate the exceptional performance of the building concierge, Theresa Coughlan. Theresa executes her role with the highest degrees of integrity and accountability. Since joining the team, Theresa has transformed how management engages the community, including rolling out new technology platforms to enable efficient communication. Theresa fosters an inclusive environment and welcomes each resident with a warm smile and infectious energy. Her pleasant and approachable demeanor ensures residents feel comfortable partnering with her to resolve any issues that arise. We are truly fortunate to have Theresa as part of our community!

I had the pleasure of working with Gina DeFrancesco, Director of Community Management for the Dartmouth Group, while handling the documents required for a closing and I couldn't have been more impressed. She was incredibly responsive, professional and thorough every step of the way. Any questions I had were handled quickly and with such a kind, helpful attitude. It’s rare to find someone so efficient and genuinely lovely to work with. She truly made the process seamless.

We are a new condominium development and the Board was just transitioned from Toll Declarant Trustees to a full homeowner Board. We have had TDG for 2 years now during the construction phases. We have a Portfolio/Property Manager, Cheri Gillis, and an assistant for us, both who are not full time. Cheri takes great care of us, even though she is managing a multitude of contractors that Toll uses. After Transition, she has taken excellent care of our working Committee Chairs and the Board. The TDG emergency support after hours dispatches their tech who is onsite in 20-30 minutes. The only downside for not giving 5 stars is the slow response for normal service requests and that there is no service level objectives in the Toll management agreement with TDG. I've lived here for a year and a half and have been very pleased with the service of each of the administrative staff. Kaitlin is always more than pleasant and a pleasure to interact with. Ashley is not only pleasant , but always responsive even thinking ahead to make sure things run well, e.g. as I created a new activity in our community she helped with the planning and made sure the newsletter & email was repeatedly updated in a timely manner. Aaron P. is easily accessible and gives help and guidance in things related to maintenance that are useful and practical. The rest of the staff have been very good too.

Bobby DeWolfe and his team at 45 Province are second to none. Having completed countless real estate transactions across the city, I have never worked with a management company and manager who was so poised under pressure, able to quickly and nimbly solve problems and multitask a variety of requests so smoothly. The icing on the cake, was in effort to keep a resident’s closing on track, he himself drove to Lexington to pick up a document. Truly an above and beyond person, exemplary employee along with the team at the Dartmouth Group. Residents are lucky to have you!
