The room is clean and the beds are comfy but the place is in need of repairs. There are a few items in our room that are very worn looking. The a/c panel it's broken and the facade of the building looks horrible. There is a rushed condensation line on the top walk way that is constantly dripping. The lobby looks great though and the employees are respectable with neat appearances.

Be careful when at this hotel, I had booked a room thru Priceline and then the hotel charged my card again for the nightly fee again. When I questioned them they kept saying that it was only a hold for expenses but the receipt says clearly that it is for a daily room fee. Other than that, it's a clean hotel that is somewhat noisy since the parking lot is outside every room.

Great service. They get the modern day host-guest paradigm and provide quality service by implementing best of breed covid standards.
