Barrington Apartments

As promised, I thought I would let future residents know that the Leasing Office thinks its okay to make their residents go to the Post Office to obtain a mailbox key and pay a fee of $35. The real truth is because the previous tenants didnt return it. Bad business & inconvenience at its finest!!!! 👎🏾 I declare and decree that my children's children wont have to be here much longer in Jesus Name, Amen!!!!

This is a great place to live. Very quiet, friendly neighbors, affordable, great apartments with nice curb appeal; feels more like a house with the outdoor space that you can decorate and make your own, and in suite laundry hookup; and the walls are not thin so you won't be disturbed by your neighbors. The apartment manager is really nice and responds to any concerns or maintenance issues promptly. Although there is usually a waiting list to get in, it's totally worth the wait.

I recently moved here in the beginning of June . Ms. Mary was extremely helpful and patient with me . She’s the best ! As far as the apartment itself goes , I absolutely adore it . It’s quiet , private and has great neighbors! I feel very secure and love the space itself . I plan and hope on being here for a while ! It’s basically having your own little house and I adore it .

I've been here for 3 months and I must say it is very peaceful. The set up is very cute, like a small house and is also very comfortable. The leasing manager is very friendly and handles requests right away.

I have always loved living here, nice and quite and the property manager is so nice and always willing to work with you. my biggest problem is those stink bugs, it is okay that they are outside, but it is another inside and crawling on me. those bugs creeps me out. my door, I am unable to sit with my door open because the door swings open as soon as a big wind comes and the gutter is hanging by my cable cord, this has been this way since this past winter. if it wasn't for the those stink bugs I would give 5 stars. it really is a nice place to live. but unfortunately for me the stink bugs has won. and I hate leaving here. feeling really sad.
