Worst rental company in all of Wisconsin! They don’t fix anything and everything needs to be fixed. In the winter your heat goes out the old outdated windows and so does your air in summer so whatever u don’t pay in rent u will make up in utilities. Your furnace is going to go out and your water heater and your fridge and anything else that may go out will go out and won’t be replaced in a timely manner so be prepared to boil water buy space heaters/fans and a cooler. If something breaks...good luck. Very very rude staff in the rental office and it stinks in there.

Wonderful property management company for urban apartment rentals. They've been renting to low and middle income people for over 40 years. Very fair in their management and reasonable in their pricing.

After telling me I had an apartment I called again to pick up paperwork and got told that corporate denied my application..Then you shouldn't have told me the apartment was mine. This left me in a huge predicament. And they did not care about that at all.

Slum apartments. They use ex cons to repair properties. The person coming to fix you water heater, furnace, and any electricity problems you have will not be licensed or insured and might possibly do it wrong putting you in danger of a fire.

HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY!! THEY PLAY PEOPLE AT OUT OF THEIR MONEY, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY ONE PERSON ACTUALLY WORKS THERE ALL OF THE OLACES HAVE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEM THEY WILL ALSO TRY YO INTIMIDATE YOU IF YOU HAVE A BAD REVIEW FOR THEM. END OF THE DAY NEVER RENT FROM THEM.
