Baker Flats Apartments

I have been looking 4 a apartment 4 over a month. Some were ok but 4 the money, just not worth it. Some looked dirty and worn down. I had a budget 2 work with and I really didn't want 2 exced my income. Friday I went looking again. I found myself at The Forge. They said 1100 a month. As I was sitting outside I decided 2 read there reviews. After that I was not interested. So as I was leaving I saw Baker Flats right next door. I thought what do I have 2 loose. So as I drove around the building I noticed it looked clean and fresh. The ground looks well maintained so I googled and made the call. Am I glad I did. This Sweet voice answered. I would like to start this with a little explanation. I have been living in Evansville in different housing and different apartments and have never given one of these out. Let me tell you what you have a upcoming star. The manager that you placed in care of us has been relentlessly tirelessly endlessly working on our behalf. There have been days or her day was supposed to end and she was still in the office. There were times when I saw her. Hoisting heavy propane tanks just to make sure we have fuel for our recreation and relaxation. I have personally seen people disrespect her treat her less than and she's still holds her head up high fights back and never lets down. If you have any problems in this building all you have to do is let her know and she will tell you it will take some time b

Beautiful, and modern style apartments that are absolutely gorgeous inside! The common area upon entering is also very welcoming and fabulous as well. This new apartment complex addition definitely adds a modern touch and beautiful sense of style to this neighborhood 💜
