Property Owners & Renters Beware: I leased a property managed by Bahnman Realty, Inc. for four years and eight months and made timely payments of $1,450 each month. Bahnman Realty, Inc. came to inspect the house only one time during my tenancy and that was mostly because the property owners came in from Arizona and wanted to take pictures of the property. Fortunately for them, we always maintained very good care of the property. When the air conditioning unit had an issue, the technician wanted me, the tenant, to pay the bill because he claimed that Bahnman Realty, Inc. was already behind on paying their company for five other air conditioning repairs. Do not rent from this property management poor service Kelly realtor the worst person to deal with she is very unprofessional does not respond to any messages she blocks calls and lies about things. She keeps lying to my in-laws about refundable deposit. She does not have the courtesy to at least return calls. How can a person be a realtor and be very disrespectful and unprofessional. Very disappointed in this company

They have managed my rental properties for many years, and I am delighted with their professionalism and thoroughness of their tenant screening process. I never have any problems with their property management. I have also bought and sold property through them , and have always been very satisfied with their work and representation of myself throughout the process. They’ve always made it such a pleasant experience. I never use any other realty company. I’ve never felt I needed to, since I started using their company exclusively. I highly recommend them!

Kelly with Bohnman Realty in Harlingen, Texas, is wonderful! She has helped us in the past by managing a rental property. She did an excellent job then so I sought her out now that I again need help with another property. She continues to exceed expectations helping us with our new property management needs.

I am looking for a building and I won’t be involved with this place. I am a very good renter. I leave things better than when I leave but when we moved out we removed our phone system and server and accidentally took a small piece that was there. They told us and we immediately returned it. It was a small oversight, we took video of how they left it and how we left it and a new video with their piece back on the wall. They kept our 5,000 dollar deposit. Seriously, we tried and tried and then they dodged us. Never rent from them ever.
