The maintenance team—especially Bayani—deserves a 10 out of 5 stars for their outstanding service. They are incredibly responsive, efficient, and kind. I’ve never lived in an apartment with such a top-tier maintenance team, and honestly, I’d stay here just because of them. They communicate clearly, follow through promptly, and truly go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
maintenance was completed very quickly after request was submitted, brian the maintenance guy was efficient and helpful.
The complex is better than expected with wonderful staff, facilities and options. The property is well tended as well. It’s also the safety and security that seems to be attended to as well. I chatted with a tenant in the elevator who offered her experience being pleasant there, and I didn’t even ask. It’s a definite option for my daughter who is a UCB student-athlete, and I would enjoy living there myself. Thank you!
Brian was super helpful and kind while figuring out what went wrong with our garbage disposal and closet doors!
