Aylesbury Farms Apartments

This was by far one of the worst apartment experiences for my mother. Management was unprofessional, rude, and hostile. After move out, they attempted to charge $500 for “damages” that were clearly normal wear and tear. Pam, the manager, became loud and nasty when I firmly requested that she stop contacting my mother who is on the lease with my sister. This was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. Communication was consistently disrespectful and escalated instead of being handled professionally. At one point, I was even asked to remove a negative review in exchange for a reduction in charges, which speaks volumes about how concerns are handled here. Aylesbury Farms Apartments are well maintained and clean. I’ve had no issues with roaches, and maintenance is done regularly. The team here is very helpful and responsive. Special thanks to Gargi and the management for their support and professionalism.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience regarding the promptness with which maintenance issues are addressed here. Having lived in this community for almost two years, I can honestly say that I have had very few issues. However, whenever I did encounter a concern, it was resolved immediately. Barrett, the technician who assisted me, was always courteous, professional, and completed all repairs on the same day, often in a very timely manner. This is my second review after being here for a year and renewing my lease. I upgraded to a larger unit with no intention of leaving soon. The complex continues to be well managed, quiet, and the leasing office staff are beyond kind. They have helped me navigate any barriers that came up and ensured me and my daughter are in a home that meets our needs and exceed expectations. Especially in today’s rental market, it is rare to find a reasonably priced apartment in a clean community with wonderful staff, yet Aylesbury Farms checks all of those boxes.

Highly recommend....soon to be 5 years here and we absolutely love our spacious apartment, fireplace, attached garages, trees, wildlife, 2 pools, grills, gym, fitness stretch classes and community events. Gargi and Chris in leasing office are rock stars! Shout out to Manager Pam and Property Manager Alfiya! Great maintenance staff and grounds keepers. Even the trash/recycling area is beautifully designed with plants and foliage. Car wash/vacuum also! Highly recommend! Thank you Aylesbury for all you do for us!
