Avery Park Apartments

When I first moved in it was incredibly dirty. The floor was covered in dirt and there were even dead leaves inside. There was obvious water damage to the baseboards that was worst in the bathroom. There isn't a vent in the bathroom, besides the fan vent that did nothing, or in the laundry room so theres no air circulating in the back half of the apartment. Dark floors, dark counter tops, and no lights in the unit just made it depressing to be here. Parking is horrible. If you don't pay for a reserved spot you will not be able to park. Many people park on the road outside the complex which blocks your view of the road and makes exiting the complex honestly scary. I first signed my lease when Grey Star was in charge and man am I so glad Lamar took over! I’ve lived here for nearly 2 years and Ryleigh and Alan have been so nice to work with. They were super understanding and helpful when I had questions or needed things to be fixed. Their attitude and communication skills definitely turned the place around. I was sad to go but trust me this is a good complex to move into.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have lived at this apartment for over two years. For over a month now my apartment has been infested with roaches. Obviously I moved my family (including my small son out of the apartment) immediately as the problem was seen. Just know that if you live here and you end up dealing with roaches, you are expected to remain living there. Sleeping with roaches, eating with roaches, having roaches crawl on your children’s things, having roaches crawl on you, etc. I would like to point out we have been told from the jump that the issue was not us and that they had ‘ideas’ of who the issue was coming from. This has been 5 weeks now of weekly pest control and no calls or communication from the complex. I have had to call every time to get information as we have

I've been in this apartment for more than a year, and I'm very glad I made this choice. The apartment has a large, well-planned layout with lots of natural light and contemporary decor. With quick access to parks, grocery stores, and public transportation, the location is excellent. Professional and vigilant, the management staff sees to it that any maintenance problems are promptly fixed. All things considered We initially moved to 1bhk and due to family i had to move to 2 bhk in same community. Alan/Rayleigh provided me the best deal for 2bhk . When ever we have any issues with maintenance when i submit the request ,the next day maintenance(Chuc) will fix the issue . Lived here for two years and honestly one of the best apartments places I’ve lived in. Maintenance shows up day of when putting in a request, well maintained grounds and outdoor areas. With the most affordable apartments in Colorado. Thank you Avery park for the time spent there I really enjoyed it!
