I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with Dawn and Eddie! From the very beginning, they answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. They were incredibly thorough throughout the entire application process and truly took the time to explain everything clearly. Their vibe and energy are unmatched — so welcoming, positive, and genuine. You can tell they really care. I’m beyond excited and can’t wait to be a part of this community! Highly recommend!

This has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. The condition of the apartment was mid, and I understood what I was paying for — but the real issue was the complete lack of care and responsibility from management. My AC was out for almost three months, and my oven barely worked during my entire 10 months living there. Almost everything broke at some point. Maintenance was slow, inconsistent, or didn’t show up at all. The dishwasher overflowed and leaked everywhere, and it took a whole month just to get my mailbox keys. The front office staff doesn’t care, and the people above them don’t care either. Jalon, the person who moved me in, didn’t even give me the right steps for moving out. The female in the office I suppose she is the office manager. Does not display good listening skills. She talks over you before you can complete your sentence and explain your concerns. Maintenance is not good they will send someone who is not skilled in fixing rhe issue or doesn't try the item before completing the task. Because it can take 3-5 business days to receive a Maintenance request response they should ensure the job is done the correct way the first time around but fail to do this. Only one of the maintenence people were helpful and took his time when the dryer was not drying clothes. I hope it gets better.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The best part about living here is all of the stores, restaurants & that the highway is close by. Also, it is very quiet. These apartments need to be gutted & remodeled. They will get you in here & then forget about you! I lived here for almost 2 years. My first 6 months living here, I had a terrible leak in my bathroom coming from the ceiling (videos included). It took for me to reach out to the management company for me to get it resolved. It seemed like that’s what I had to do every time I needed something done. I submitted several maintenance requests about the same issues. Maintenance is basically nonexistent. The leasing agents never get back to you about anything! I went there a few times about my dryer not working & they told me that they had to get GE to come out

If I could give this place 0 stars I really would. I moved into a unit in May 2025 and filled out paperwork regarding my unit and they lost it. Now they're charging me for things that were already wrong in the apartment. In my lease it is understood that I am obligated to give back the unit in the same condition they gave it to me in and that was dirty even though the condition I gave it back to them was better than the condition they gave it to me in. The apartments are filled with mold and mildew, water is extremely harsh and the staff here works together to make you spend more money for a terrible quality apartment. If you live in these apartments I urge you call code enforcement on this complex because they’ll just continue to push these issues under the rug.
