Autumn Lakes

Note: I have never lived here; only visited. My 1st encounter was a few months ago, visiting a friend. I was told that there was an infestation where the management were dragging their feet to fix so I didn't stay long and hoped to never come back. My friend ended up going back to stay with a friend & I only went back bc they told me the infestation had been dealt with. I didn't see any insects so I actually slept there for a few hours.. My only issues were the layout of the kitchen, the small closet and the trash - it always seemed packed with trash and people would just throw bags of trash in front of the trash receptacle.

My only gripe is that this is an old apartment complex and many things just simply need to be replaced or completely renovated. A majority of the times small repairs are made to items that need to be replaced which is the fallacy of most apartment complexes that I know of. There should be some type of surveillance at the dumpster, many tenants here leave their garbage bags outside of the dumpster instead of putting it in it. These tenants need to be fined or evicted, no one wants to see piles of garbage bags where they live. I don't.

THE WORSE EVER!!!!!! I don't even know where to begin. The ants are outrages, so is the mold. Yessss, MOLD. A newly remodeled community with MOLD. The baddest children ever live here.. Union City police continuously break up fights amongst the youth.Tracks of weave and braids are left scattered all over the parking lot from the fist fights. The trash compactor is always broken, leaving loads of trash at the entrance. The courtesy officer NEVER answers his phone nor is he around when needed. My apartment was broken into, and I was robbed-it took maintenance 2 days to fix my kicked in door. Forcing me to stay with family until the fix. Then to add insult to injury, he showed up at my apartment pissed that he was called in to replace my door, because he "was heded to Augusta for a party", sm

Nadira is the best property manager in the whole of Georgia. She always make sure that everything is perfect for the resident. Clean and perfect environment to stay in.

Really nice and quiet apartment complex. The rent is reasonable and it's only a 10 minute walk to the bus stop, and a 10 minute drive to the airport.
