So glad to not be living there anymore... Mold in vents. Trash piled up near dumpster that takes forever for them to get rid of. Window ac unit was leaking and caused my carpet to be wet. Maintaince guy came and put a block under the unit and didnt fix anything or see where the leak was actually coming from Maintaince guy is incompetent. And not qualified nor able to properly fixed anything..appliances is extremely outdated. Majority of my outlets didnt work causing me to be without power a couple times i had to hire a personal electrician to check my outlets. Would not. Recommend these apartments to anyone. Lived here for 3 years mostly due to being a quite neighborhood(pros). Cons: no ones ever available at the rental property office. No real office set business hours to visit with management to discuss your concerns or answer your questions because no ones ever there or answer the phone. Constantly going up on the price of rent with no rental price ceiling price cap. If this decision is do to the area name change from Lithonia to Stone crest at least make the renovations as the surrounding properties are doing or have done to match the required monthly fees for rent your requesting. Management is quick to put notices on your door after assumed business hours if their having inspections ( for example) 8pm at night for required very next morning inspections. Horrible apartments. They continue to go up on the rent and utilities without notice. Over a $1000 for a one bedroom whole in the wall roach, mold and ticks infest apartment. Everyone has moved out. This place is called the Poverty of Death Valley. If this is your first time renting an apartment. I beg you please don't waste your time and money on this trash. The city of Lithonia/Stonecrest need to tear them down.

These are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. You can never reach anyone on the phone. The office assistant Tara is very rude and unprofessional. I moved in at the beginning of August and never received my mailbox key. The water was off for two whole days and nothing was taken off the rent. They are roach infested and they smell like mildew inside. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

They places are it’s infested and in bad conditions, also when you leave you won’t get your security deposit back it’s been months of waiting with no response and they will ignore you whenever you try to get in contact with management and staff.
