Very rude people!! You tell them you have a problem with something and they tell you, you're not understanding and not listening!! In reality, he wasn't listening to me!! He put me on the phone with the higher up, and we got the issue solved, he was much nicer, but when I told him that the other person was being very rude and nasty, he said "well we're over that now." Coming from someone thats worked in customer service for over 12 years this was not a proper response. He refused to acknowledged that one of the other employees was being rude!! Mind you this was a MONEY issue, so I have every right to be upset!! I cannot wait until I sell my condo so I NEVER have to deal with this association again!! They are horrible, and don't do anything to "better" the complex but want to raise fees eve

After working with them for 20 years they are great. I seen the other reviews and don't believe they are real. Rich is very professional.

I've been an owner for more than 10 years at Willow Glen Condominiums, one of the properties that Audet manages. I could not be happier with the job his company has done. The complex has been well maintained, and condo fees have remained low, with only reasonable increases over the years. I've also found Mr. Audet and his staff to be accessible, professional, and responsive. Have I butted heads with them on occasion? Yes, but I always found them to be fair and courteous.

Very classy having road rage and calling Bristol residents derogatory names. Since when is it professional to tailgate and cut people off because you're in a hurry? Did you forget you were driving a company vehicle with your business name and number plastered all over it? Based on your other reviews via Facebook and Yelp, you are also difficult to deal with on a professional level as well. I'll be telling everyone I know not to use this business.
