Huntington Woods

I have lived at Huntington Woods since 2020, and overall it has been a great place to live. Maintenance is proactive and responds to work orders in a timely manner, and the property is consistently well cared for. Trash removal, snow removal, and landscaping are all handled regularly, which makes the community feel well maintained year-round. The variety of units available also makes Huntington Woods appealing to different types of renters. When I first moved in as a recent college graduate, I was able to find a unit that was a great fit for me. Now that I live with my fiancé in a two-bedroom, I can say that this unit has been perfect for us at this stage of life. I also want to give special credit to Monica in the office. Despite how busy she is, Monica is always helpful and responsive

I’ve had a truly tremendous experience so far, largely thanks to the property manager, Monica. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and clear about apartment availability and timelines, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Monica is professional, understanding, and truly knowledgeable about her role, and it shows in how she supports residents throughout the move-in process. The community itself is wonderful—it feels like a neighborhood where you don’t even need to leave. There are great amenities for kids, welcoming spaces for adults, and it’s very pet-friendly. It genuinely feels like a place you could call home for a lifetime. Between the strong sense of community and Monica’s outstanding management, this has been an amazing experience so far.

The repair to my stove was done extremely quickly and expertly. Everything works well. What was a pleasant surprise is the workers put my pots and pans that I had taken out on my own before the repair and put them back in the bottom drawer of the stove. Excellent job and a very happy tenant.

Today one of the living room electrical outlet caused a sparked which caused losing power in the living room as well as the kitchen. I know how busy Maintenance are, so, I didn’t expect them to fix it today. However, at the end of the day Marcelino showed up, He found the issue and wasted no time taking care the problem. I like to add that he is always very pleasant and a respectful young man. Thank you! Ms. V Davis.

I want to take a moment to recognize Monica Gonzalez and Manuel from our leasing office for the amazing work they do. Monica is always so helpful, keeps her word, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. She’s kind, professional, and truly makes the community feel welcoming. Manuel is equally outstanding — friendly, dependable, and always ready to help with any concern, big or small. His positive attitude and attention to detail make every interaction stress-free. Between Monica and Manuel, our complex is in the best hands. They work as an incredible team, always going the extra mile for residents. Honestly, Monica or Manuel deserve to be promoted to Property Manager, and the two of them together are the heart of this community!
