The staff is so nice here. Thats about the only good thing about this place. I was going to move out next month, but now I can't even do that because the elevator hasnt been working for over a month! And i cant physically carry everything down 4 flights of stairs. On top of that, the aftermath of the snow storm was a disgrace. Everyone was getting stuck. Nowhere to park. You had elderly trying to shovel. Luckily the community came together to help each other. I feel absolutely sick paying more rent when the facility is just going to crap. Even when I wanted to move out I cant unless I threw everything over the balcony!! The conditions of this place is such a hazard. Ive already hurt my back twice between shoveling my car out and having to carry large things up 4 flights of stairs. Ren

I had a phenomenal experience touring this community. My Assistant Community Manager Samuel, was wonderful and did a truly splendid job. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, and having an in-unit washer and dryer one of my must haves was a huge plus. From start to finish, I felt right at home throughout the entire process. I’m incredibly grateful to Samuel for making everything so seamless, and I’m beyond excited for my new home!

With the new management and building upgrades, I could not be happier with the help I have been receiving here. ReNew Bristol's team of employees have been wonderful in helping when I have any requests, always with a smile. Also the staff are trying to gather residents for community events within each complex, which is rebuilding the community in a way. I would especially like to thank Jose and Alberto, the friendly maintenance crew, and Giselle, Sam, and Tee, who will go out of their way to answer any questions about the property one may have. Overall, I am impressed with what the new management has done within the short time that they have been here, and I can't wait to see what they have to offer the residents in the future.

I had a great time touring Renew Bristol! The asst. manager, Sam, was so kind and knowledgeable about the property. The renovations they have coming in the near future are going to make this place an even better up-and-coming community!

Price is outrageous for the area and "amenities" they have. Elevator hasn't worked for over a month. They dont plow after snow storms and management is not very helpful. The water gets shut off all the time. Just not a good experience 😕
