Century 21 has always been helpful, honest and most importantly quick but unfortunately I cannot say the same this time around. My father put there house on the market January 2025, sold that month but took 4 almost 5 months to close. The stress and uncertainty during that time was unbearable. There would be weeks trying to contact our agent but had no response which made us very worried. Unfortunately my list of problems with the agent and the company can go on. I’m making this review to express that I do not recommend Brett Akerley as a real estate agent nor Century 21 there unprofessionalism is truly disappointing.

We have sold a home and purchased a home with Scott Bayne. Would recommend him 100%. He pointed things out we never would have dreamed of looking at or asking questions about. If you're in the market to buy or sell our recommendation is to go to Bay Mar Century 21. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

The Broker and agents here all have many years experience and going above and beyond for their clients. They will guide you from the beginning of your search through, contracts mortgage inspections Etc and be by your side the whole time.

Scott Bayne is a consummate professional. We have purchased several properties with him and his guidance and knowledge was priceless We can not more highly recommend him.

SABRINA JANCO - ONE OF THE WORST AGENTS I EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO ENCOUNTER. SABRINA IS A SPITEFUL AGENT THAT DOES NOT WORK WITH WITHIN THE REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT NETWORK. STAY AWAY.
