Our real estate purchase (through a different realtor) fell through and left us scrambling for housing before my husband started his new job. We found a pretty rental in Indian Harbour Beach, and Gene Lewis went out of his way to ensure we could get inside in a timely manner. He expedited our application as banks were closed that Monday. Didn’t even get a chance to rent from this company. But paid almost 200$ for applications, all to be completely ignored for damn near 2 weeks. Had another realtor helping us get in touch, and even SHE COULDNT GET A RESPONSE. Then get an email saying “sorry we over looked your application, but you weren’t approved anyways.” Is TERRIBLE service…..do yourself a favor, and look for other rental companies. This shows that if there is a problem, it too would probably be “over looked” and ignored..

Will most likely never rent from them again i have a broken garage door leaky sky light both never fixed but can send the crapyest unlistened tree people to come butcher my trees i understand its at the hkme oweners descretion but for them to get paid to manage and nothing gets done or done right is totally wrong
