I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent interaction I had with your office regarding a simple request for a detailed receipt of my HOA fees. Unfortunately, the representative I cannot remember who it she was unable to provide me with a clear and detailed breakdown of what I am paying for. As a homeowner, I have the right to know exactly where my money is going and what services or amenities are being covered by my fees. The inability to obtain this information is both frustrating and concerning, as transparency is critical to maintaining trust between the HOA and the residents. She was extremally rude as well did not allow me to speak she kept stating that she will update send me the information. I also want to express my deep concerns about the level of profes

AMP, continues to be the best in the business when it comes to management. Pam and the team are the best in the business. I have been a board member for 8 years and AMP has been the best after going through several companies. Always easy to reach, easy to talk to and always gives great advise. BEWARE of this Company!!! They were hired in to manage our HOA and have basically taken our rights as homeowners away. I have lived in my neighborhood for 10 years. Every year, I pay my $400 HOA Dues in May. I have never been charged a late fee. This year, I went in and paid the $400 May 12. There was a fee of $2.33 xs 3 months and the description said 'delinquent interest'. That's perfectly fine! I paid the $406.99 and thought that everything was taken care of. 2 weeks later, my family and I went to the pool to find out that our card wasn't activated. I called Waymon twice and sent him an email. It took him 2 days to respond! His response was that they added a $225 Late fee AND Put A LIEN on my property!!!! I have now had to contact an attorney to see what my and my neighbors options ar

As a resident and Director in a community managed by AMP, I can say that they have are the best management company we have had. (2 in the last 5 years) We recently got a new Board and they have been by our side every step of the way. I have found them to be very responsive to the Board as well as the residents. I am so glad we made the change. The have made my life so much easier and our community better!!!! Thanks Waymon, we really appreciate all that you have done for us and it is so nice to finally have a management company that cares about our Association and community.

It is with regret that I cannot mention their personalized service, however, due to their failure to respond I can only mention that after more than 6 attempts to contact them over a period of 3 weeks... I am still waiting. Funny, not obtaining approval with the HOA can cause issues, however, not being able to reach them is an even bigger issue. I surely hope that they take the time to call me/ email me back as my request has some urgency to it, however, I suppose that would be too optimistic considering the lack of services rendered.
