Be sure to pay on time. Otherwise they'll threaten you with legal action after a week, despite their online system not working half the time. Do your due diligence, these guys took over a couple of years after I bought my house.

This company is a poor excuse for the property management business ; would give them a big “ZERO” if I could . Fail at necessary communication . Fail at bringing needed services in a timely manner , lack luster skills / knowledge and abilities by their staff. Avoidance management style ! 😣

WHAT A BIG JOKE.... THE COMPANY HAS A 3.0 REVIEW AVERAGE THAT SAYS IT ALL. YOU SHOULD CLOSE YOUR DOOR AND DO EVERYONE A FAVOR.

This company is a complete waste of time. They do not act on anything and have extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately Pulte builders default to this management company for all their new builds. We’ve been in our home for about 2 years and are switching management companies because they do not handle funds appropriately and do not complete work orders. Reports to the association board are given 3 months late and there is essentially no sense of urgency. Our new build construction has been over for 5 months and we still do not have a final cap of our asphalt. The neighborhood is in Rochester Hills but the main issue is also with the company’s service center in Arizona. They say payments are missing or not received and say they that they mail out information or statements that do not
