Angela is amazing! She’s always so helpful, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. The girls in the front office are also super friendly and welcoming they make you feel right at home every time you walk in. I definitely recommend these apartments!

Really nice apartments with a welcoming atmosphere. Clean and quiet, and the management is always professional and easy to work with. Angela helped me and she was great! Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. I also love that the apartments have covered carports and a dog park it makes living here even better.

I recently toured these apartments, and I’m excited to share that I’ll be moving into a unit here soon. What really made my decision easy was Angela she was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Her help and guidance truly sold me on choosing this community. I just want to say thank you to Angela for making everything so simple and stress-free. I’m looking forward to moving in and calling this place home.

Apartamentos are old but some are updated (cost more of course), gym is a complete mess and a lot of outsiders come and use it so residents pretty much have to wait for outsider to leave, there is no control at all. Pools are always closed because they can’t fix the emergency phone lines, and tennis courts are not even usable because the concrete is damaged, so, be aware that you won’t enjoy any amenities here. Also, light rains flood the whole community and you will need water boots to get to your car, it’s ridiculous. They lied to me when I first came to tour the complex and I asked about flooding and they said “we’ve never had a report of flooding” but this seems to me (see pictures) like they’re negligent about maintenance.
